Toward my goal of helping others achieve fitness I have been working on a book that reviews my Journey and shares information that I have found valuable in my efforts. One of the things I feel strongly about is the importance of understanding what you are doing and why, not just following someone's prescribed plan. Everyone will find different nutrition and exercise solutions that will work for them. Everyone will have a different point of balance between a sustainable plan and seeing a rate of satisfactory progress. The goal of my book is to be a tool kit for the journey, not a step by step guide to doing something the way I did. Currently the chapter structure looks something like this:
