Fat Loss expert Tom Venuto at 3.4% body fat

When I was early in my transformation I was searching for information about Nutrition and Exercise I could use. One of the authors that I had read articles from on different sites was Tom Venuto. I remembered Tom as being one of the best authors that I had read and his writing made an impact in my eating habits. Later as I was searching the Web for information (a truly sticky business) I came across a book written by Tom and decided to get it. It is 300+ pages of good information (not a bunch of pictures) on Nutrition, Metabolism, Mindset and exercise.

I purchased the ebook then printed it and keep it in a three ring binder. Tom does not pull punches, he tells it like he sees it and I think he has a very good perspective. Tom gives ideas for Nutrition but does not prescribe what to eat and puts an emphasis on customizing your nutrition program to you.

As you can see from his picture he is a bodybuilder, and his site is a little bit glitzy, don't let that put you off, Tom's advice is suited for all types of athletes and those who are not yet but will become athletes. I recommend Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle as a great resource.

Tom and I have corresponded quite a bit over the last couple of years and I feel Tom is one of the "good ones" in a world full of charlatans and cheats. Tom is also co-author of the Fit over 40 ebook with Jon Benson.
